Full-Service Estate Sale Liquidation

Our estate sale services cover all aspects of the process—from thorough research and pricing to managing the sale itself. After the sale, we provide a detailed accounting and settlement within a week.

Commission Structure:

• Estates grossing under $15,000: A 50/50 split.
• Estates grossing over $15,000: 40% for our services, 60% for the client.

Optional Clean-Up Services: Clean-up is available at $125-$200 per hour, with any disposal fees and/or truck rentals additional. Clients can choose to use our clean-up service or make their own arrangements.
